Rental information for the apartment

The rental rates below are for the apartment per week and not per person. There are not many apartments available for holiday rentals in the area so near the beach, but we are keeping the rental rates below many others.

To confirm a booking, a deposit of 20% of the total is payable

The balance is payable 6 weeks before the start of the holiday

A security deposit of 100 Euros (or £100) is payable with the balance. This is to cover any damage done, loss of keys, remote controls etc. This will be returned upon inspection after departure assuming there are no problems. Minor breakages such as a broken glass will not be charged for.

We ask guests not to make unecessary use of the the air conditioning (eg. leaving it on all day) and will take a deduction for excessive electricity usage
